  1. 01🎨

    Design

    We start from whatever you can give us — images, text, even hand-drawn diagrams — and turn it into static designs of every screen. You review them, leave notes, and we iterate until you sign off.

  2. 02🎬

    Build

    We build the app out and send you videos of each part working. If a screen depends on data, you get a video of it with each kind of content. When you sign off, we deliver the apps and the code.

  3. 03🧪

    Beta (optional)

    We open a beta and iterate on real usage data and feedback. We recommend staying in beta until the statistics show users signing in, staying and coming back.

  4. 04🚀

    Launch

    After we launch we keep iterating on the data and feedback. Development is billed up to the beta; from there it switches to the Care Plan — 10% of the total development cost per year, paid monthly.

It covers hosting, updates, monitoring and changes within normal use. New features, major work, and hosting or media beyond a normal amount — virality spikes, massive video, say — are quoted separately.

Think of it as a CTO for hire. Cancel at any time and everything is handed over — the apps, the source code, the accounts and the data.
